Moroccan hot pepper salad that easily upgrades any meal
Hot pepper salad that opens every meal in Moroccan cuisine and in general
For the Shabbat and holiday table or for any special event
Or actually for every day you want something spicy to whet your appetite
Ingredients
8 peppers
1 whole lemon
3 cloves of garlic
Canola oil (amount of half a pan depends on the size of the pan)
Olive oil
Salt
Preparation
frying the peppers
Fill half a pan with oil
Boil the oil (tip: squirt one drop of water and see when there are bubbles, a sign that the oil has boiled)
Put the peppers in for half a minute until they brown a little (be careful the peppers splash boiling oil in the frying pan)
Turn the peppers over and fry in the same way on the other side
Take the peppers out in a drum bag and immediately tie them (tip: if you seal the peppers immediately after frying for about 10 minutes, the skin detaches and then it's easier to peel them)
preparation and serving
After it cools down a bit, peel the peppers
Place nicely on a plate
Cut the lemon into slices and arrange between the peppers
Peel and slice the garlic and sprinkle over the peppers
Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle salt on top
with appetite!!
